The SORAVIA Group is a privately-owned real estate conglomerate with a realized project volume of 7.6 billion euros and around 630 completed projects. Our task was to creatively attract financing for this prestigious project: the revitalization of the Hospiz Arlberg, the oldest hotel in the Alps.
The oldest hotel in the Alps
Instead of a typical investor approach, we relied on integrated storytelling that conveyed the unique nature of this property and its history. A hero film piqued curiosity about a website that could only be opened with a digital key, which was sent to potential investors to increase interest. The project was fully financed.
